Niepoort LBV Port 2020 is a richly styled Late Bottled Vintage Port from a single harvest, offering depth with a more approachable edge than classic Vintage Port. The nose shows dark plum, blackberry and layers of baking spice, with a subtle lift of cocoa and dried fruit.
On the palate, it is full flavoured and concentrated, with a dense core of dark fruit balanced by firm, youthful tannins and a long, spiced finish. Bottled unfiltered, it retains both texture and ageing potential, sitting comfortably between Ruby and Vintage styles.
A natural match with blue cheese, chocolate desserts or roasted nuts, where its richness and spice can fully unfold.
